How to get support
Email us at support@magratheasoftware.com. Please include:
- the product or app you’re using,
- a clear description of the issue or question, and
- where relevant, the steps to reproduce it and any error messages you saw.
The more detail you give us up front, the faster we can help.
Support hours
We provide email-based support Monday–Friday during US business hours (Central Time), excluding US public holidays.
Response time
We aim to respond to all support requests within two business days. In practice we often reply sooner. Requests received outside business hours are addressed on the next business day.
Scope
Support covers installation, configuration, expected functionality, and troubleshooting of our products. It does not include custom development, third-party software, or modifications outside the product’s documented features. If you’ve found a bug or have a feature request, we’d genuinely like to hear it — send it to the same address.
Security
To report a security concern, please email security@magratheasoftware.com rather than the general support address, so we can prioritize it appropriately.
