The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magrathea Software, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
